Same here, hoping you might consider updating the NeoGenix theme for Windows 7 ^^ I used your theme for years on win xp, and my son still uses it on one of his pc's. Every time I see it I remember how much I loved it, and miss it all over again.
Sorry, I would like to but just can't get around to doing it, but I've given permission for it to be ported a few times already so a port should be out there.
